2️⃣ Payment & Refund Terms;

● Payment: All orders must be paid in full before shipping for customers
outside Karachi or international orders. Customers have multiple
payment options which include EasyPaisa and JazzCash and SadaPay
and Bank Transfer and secure online card payment methods.

● Only Karachi customers can use Cash on Delivery for their orders. The
customer must pay PKR 200 as a delivery charge to complete their
order.

● Refunds & Exchanges:

● Customers must provide a clear unboxing video for any exchange or
refund request. Kundan Aura will handle all shipping expenses for
defective or damaged products and will provide a replacement item.
Customers must pay for return shipping when they return items
because of their personal choice or size needs.

Kundan Aura holds no responsibility for any indirect or incidental or
consequential damages which result from using this website or its services.
